Terms & Conditions

The present general terms and conditions of sale (hereafter "GTC") accessible on the website www.ablatos.com (hereafter "Interface") govern, with the exceptions provided in the GTC, the contractual relations between :
On the one hand, the company ABLATOS LLC, whose registered office is located at 1145 Via Jardin - West Palm Beach FL- 33418, (hereinafter "ABLATOS"),
On the other hand, any natural person of at least 18 years of age registered on the Interface using his/her personal identifiers in order to purchase the products offered for sale by Ablatos.com on its Interface and acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his/her commercial, industrial, artisanal, liberal or agricultural activity (hereinafter "Member").

The products sold by Ablatos LLC on the Interface are described as precisely as possible in the product sheets and Ablatos LLC strives to present all the characteristics of its products by means of pictures (photos) and a description established from the data provided by its suppliers. Despite the best efforts made in the photographic representation of the products on the Interface, given the digital presentation of the products on the Internet, it is possible that the Member's perception of the photographic representation of the products does not correspond exactly to the product, for which Ablatos LLC shall not be held responsible.

Quality control

The products offered by Ablatos LLC are in accordance with the legislation of the USA in application. The Ablatos LLC teams also practice a strict quality control on the samples delivered by the suppliers with the objective of eliminating any risk of defect or non-conformity.


Ablatos.com products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the Interface and within the limit of available stocks. In case of exhaustion of stocks, Ablatos.com will do its best to make the product disappear and/or to make the purchase of the concerned product impossible. The Member may, if he wishes, be alerted of the availability of a product by indicating his e-mail address or telephone number.

For products not stored in Ablatos.com warehouses, offers are valid subject to availability at Ablatos.com suppliers. Indications on the availability of products are provided to the Member at the time of placing his order. This information is transmitted by Ablatos.com's suppliers so that errors or modifications may exceptionally exist.

Despite all the precautions taken, it is possible that a product ordered and purchased may no longer be available (in particular, it should be noted that Ablatos.com registers the purchase not when the product is put in the basket, when the product may appear as still available, but when the Member pays for the order). In case of unavailability of a product after payment, Ablatos.com undertakes to reimburse the Member under the conditions of article 9.3 of the GTC and informs him/her by email.


Product selection and order verification

To place an order, the Member is invited to add one or more product(s) to his or her shopping cart and then to continue shopping or complete the order. When the Member chooses to complete his order, a summary containing the essential characteristics of his order (products ordered, quantities, unit price, total price including VAT, savings made...) is then proposed to him so that he can, if necessary, modify his order before validating it. On this occasion, the Member is offered the possibility to benefit from certain specific services offered by Ablatos.com and to use his vouchers or promotional codes.

Choice of the delivery method

After having validated his order, the Member is then invited to choose his delivery method, to fill in the required information (delivery address...) and to validate his choice. The Member is informed of the delivery charges that will be invoiced to him/her.

Payment and order confirmation

A summary containing the essential characteristics of the order is proposed to the Member. The Member, who is informed that his order implies unreserved acceptance of the GTCS as well as a payment obligation, is then invited to choose his payment method and to fill in the required information (card number, expiry date, etc.) before validating his payment. Finally, a confirmation message summarizing the essential characteristics of the order is sent to the Member on his email address in order to allow him, via a link, to consult, save and print the Ablatos.com GTCS. If the Member does not receive this email, he is invited to contact the Member Relationship Service according to the terms and conditions set forth in article 10.1. As part of its anti-fraud policy, Ablatos.com may ask the Member for additional information and documents, or a new payment in 3D Secure in order to finalize the order. In case of non regularization of the order within the given deadline, Ablatos.com can be forced to cancel the order, to block the access to the Member's account and to proceed to the registration of certain data in a "payment incidents" file.



The payment of the products is only made online by credit cards (only : VISA / CB / Eurocard / Mister Cash and American Express), or by Paypal. The Member's account is debited after a maximum period of 3 to 4 days following the date of the order. As an exception, the Member may also use the purchase vouchers he or she holds or the promotional codes for which he or she meets the conditions of use, to pay all or part of the amount of his or her order under the conditions of Article 14. When an order is shipped, the Member is informed by Ablatos.com that an original invoice including the delivery costs is available online on the Interface in the "My Account / My Orders" section. The ordered products remain the property of Ablatos.com until their full payment. Ablatos.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Member with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.


The Interface is subject to the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) data transfer security system, which enables the most efficient protection of sensitive data transfers. Ablatos.com never has access to confidential information related to the means of payment. To combat fraud, the information related to an order is subject to automated data processing for which OneyTrust is responsible. Any shipment of a product for delivery is notified to the Member by Ablatos.com by sending an email. In some cases, the Member will be contacted directly by phone by the carrier to make an appointment for the delivery. The delivery is deemed to be made when the product is transferred to the Member, i.e. when the Member or a third party designated by him, and other than the carrier proposed by the professional, takes physical possession of the product. At the time of delivery, it is up to the Member to check that the products delivered are free of any defect and to make any handwritten reservations on the delivery note and claims with the carrier, directly on the delivery note in handwritten form accompanied by his signature, or even to refuse the delivery. Within three working days, not including public holidays, following the delivery of the products, the Member must confirm the said reservations or claims with the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt and immediately send a copy to Ablatos.com.

Place of delivery

The products ordered are sent to the delivery address or to the relay point indicated by the Member at the time of his order. Products offered for sale on Ablatos.com are delivered in the USA.

Delivery time

Unless expressly stipulated otherwise, the delivery times given by Ablatos.com are only indicated as a forecast. In the hypothesis where no delivery time would have been communicated at the time of the order, the delivery time could not exceed thirty (30) days after the validation of the order. Insofar as Ablatos.com offers the possibility to its Members to order, within the same basket, products from different sales, the delivery of the ordered products may be fragmented by Ablatos.com in respect of each of the estimated delivery dates associated with these different sales. Moreover, for logistic reasons, it may happen that products from the same sale are shipped in different packages and at different dates, the Member being then informed by email.

Late delivery

In case of late delivery, the Member may cancel his order, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or in writing on another durable medium, if, after having enjoined Ablatos.com, according to the same terms, to make the delivery or to provide the service within a reasonable additional period, Ablatos.com has not performed within this period. In such a case, the order will be considered as cancelled upon receipt by Ablatos.com of the letter or writing informing it of such cancellation, unless Ablatos.com has performed in the meantime.

In case of cancellation of an order in the above-mentioned forms, Ablatos.com will reimburse to the Member the totality of the sums paid, at the latest fourteen (14) days following the date of cancellation.

Modes of delivery

Depending on the nature, dimensions and weight of the products ordered, as well as the geographical area of delivery and the delivery option chosen if applicable, the Member's order will be transported by one of the following transport partners:


To obtain more information on these different modes of delivery and, if need be, to consult the general terms and conditions of each of these carriers, Members are invited to consult their respective websites and/or to contact the Ablatos.com Member Relationship Service according to the terms and conditions set forth in article 17.1.


The amount of delivery charges varies according to the weight, volume and fragility of the Member's order, as well as the carrier chosen. The amount of the delivery charges is indicated to the Member in step 2 of the order process and is subject to his approval before validation and payment of his order.


The GCS are executed and interpreted in accordance with USA law, excluding, where applicable, the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods.

At any time, Members may contact the Member Relations Service by sending a written message via the contact forms provided for this purpose on the Interface, under the headings "My Account" and "Contact". The Ablatos.com Member Relations Service advisors are also available Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm on customer-service@ablatos.com or directly with the Chat on the Ablatos.com website.
